Millions of people around the globe watched her wedding. Travel in style and feel like a princess at your wedding in a vintage, elegant car.
How do you select the right classic car from all of the different models, makes, and styles? John Caldwell, from Belle Classic Limousines, gives Western Australia Bride some insights.
The Good Things Improve with Age
Belle Classic Limousines specialize in classic wedding cars and limousines and have been involved in more than 5000 weddings. It’s safe for Caldwell to be considered an expert. Vintage wedding cars evoke the past. These vehicles, with their classic shapes and elegant lines, aren’t only for transportation. These vehicles are pieces of art that tell a story of a particular part of history. For a moment, you will feel as if you were there.
Shifting the Gears
In the 1980s, stretch limousines were very popular – think of Ferris Bueller’s Day Off. Vintage wedding cars have become more popular than limousines in recent years.
Couples. Couples have been choosing alternative cars instead of the traditional wedding limousine in recent years.
Contrary to popular belief, vintage wedding cars can be used by brides and grooms for a classic or traditional wedding. Belle Classic Limousines provides vintage vehicles for weddings of all kinds, including gangster and steampunk, country, gothic and black and white, movie-themed, beach, rock and roll, and 20s style.
Couples also choose vintage or classic vehicles for emotional reasons. Caldwell says that brides and grooms hire the same model of car as was owned by a departed loved one to include them in this momentous occasion. It’s not surprising that vintage wedding cars burn out at the competition with such a sentimental feeling.
